For a Fixed Total Price of £48.00 No VAT to pay your ceiling fan will be installed by an Expert. #Subsequent standard ceiling fan installations carried out during the same appointment are charged at £36/ceiling fan.

How the CeilingFanMan service works:
- Buy your fan (make sure you get correct light bulbs) or contact us if you need any advice on what type to choose. We can also supply fans. A range of fans and bulbs are kept in our vans.
- Contact Maureen on Freephone 0800 15 88 291 to book an appointment which suits your schedule. The same price applies at weekends!
- Electrically test wiring and fixing point anchor strength at new fan fixing point.
- Old light fitting removed and fan base fitted.
- Fan body installed and wired. A remote control sensor is fitted if relevant.
- Blades attached with screws/nuts at correct torque and rechecked several times!
- Light module then fixed to fan body underneath with the light shades/dome attached making sure the shade will not hum this is done using special vibration eliminators.
- Switch on fan (cannot use a dimmer switch for most fan fittings) and do electrical checks; check for operation at different speeds; and lighting.
- If required, the blades are balanced and the glass shade vibrations are eliminated.
- A NICEIC electrical minor works certificate is completed.
- You will be shown how to operate fitting and will be giving advice on cleaning and maintenance for optimal long life performance.
- The manufacturer's warranty card will be stamped and filled in and a receipt/guarantee left. The whole job normally takes up to 2 hours if you are planning to take time off work.
- We will not offer any other products or services we are simply there to fit your fan.
